GENERAL CONDITIONS AND INFORMATION<\/strong><\/span>
\nImportant:<\/strong> <\/span><\/span>All values \u200b\u200binclude the current VAT rate (16%).<\/span><\/span> Rates and the government rate are subject to change without notice.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0 All prices are in Euros.<\/span><\/span> Promotions and discounts are not cumulative.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> Rental Conditions and Payments Guarantee:<\/strong> The estimated cost of the rental must be paid at the time of picking up the vehicle and the settlement of accounts made at the end of the rental.<\/span><\/span> F<\/span><\/span>or guarantees of the rental the client must have one of the following credit cards (Visa or MasterCard). If you do not purchase any extra insurance, Bestride reserves the right to block your credit card up to a maximum amount of \u20ac2500.00<\/strong><\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>Driver age:<\/strong> Minimum of 23 years, with one year of driving experience.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> Fuel:<\/strong> It is not included in the prices.<\/span><\/span> The cars are delivered with the petrol \/ diesel fuel deposit, which must be refilled at the end of the rental charge by the customer, otherwise a refill service charge of 75,00\u20ac applies.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> Deliveries \/ Free pickups<\/strong> : Free on Best Ride.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>If the vehicle is delivered outside the time established in the contract, the total daily value will be charged.<\/span><\/p>\n

Baby \/ Seat Chair: 5 \u20ac \/ Day.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> Insurance :<\/strong> Prices include Civil Liability Insurance with legal limit of 6 000 000 \u20ac.<\/span><\/span> The customer is responsible for all damages caused to the rented vehicle, as well as the days of immobilization of the vehicle.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> CDW Insurance:<\/strong> The responsibility of the customer for the payment of damages caused to the Best Ride car in the event of an accident can be reduced to the payment of the mandatory deductible (according to the current fare leaflet) if the customer has previously contracted Purchase of the CDW.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> TP<\/strong> Insurance (Theft<\/strong> Protection ):<\/strong> The customer’s responsibility for the total or partial theft of the vehicle may be reduced to the payment of the mandatory deductible (as per table below) if the customer has previously contracted the purchase of the TP.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00a0SUPER CDW:<\/strong> If there is no negligence or deliberate violation of the Terms and Conditions mentioned in the Rental Agreement, the customer, when purchasing Super CDW in conjunction with CDW and TP, reduces the mandatory deductible to the legal minimum of 100\u20ac.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>\u00a0WDW (Windshield Damage Coverage):<\/strong> This coverage when contracted with the CDW and SCDW, reduces windshield damage to the minimum franchise.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span> CPJ (Coverage for Tires and Rims Destroyed):<\/strong> This coverage when contracted jointly with the CDW and SCDW reduces to the minimum franchise the payment of tires and rims.<\/span><\/span>
\n<\/span>PAI – (Personal Accident Insurance):<\/strong> Covers the driver and each passenger for permanent disability or death 5,000.00 \u20ac\u20ac and medical expenses 500.00 \u20ac.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

IMPORTANT:<\/strong> Prices include liability insurance, do not include collision damage waiver<\/span>
\nPayment conditions: The estimated cost of the rental must be paid upon delivery of the car 200 \u20ac and final adjustment will be made at the termination of the rental.<\/span> To guarantee the rental the client must be a VISA or MASTER CAR<\/span>
\nCollision Damage Waiver (CDW):<\/span><\/span>
\nThe responsibility of the customer for the payment of damages in the rental car, in the event of an accident, up to the amount of the deductible indicated below (contracted previously).<\/span>
\nTheft protection (TP):<\/span> when hiring in advance (TP) the responsibility can be reduced in case of theft of the vehicle, such as car accessories.<\/span> (Does not include luggage and any personal or monetary value).<\/span>The customer is responsible for a franchise, mandatory in the tariff.<\/span>
\nPersonal Accident Insurance<\/span> : there is an additional charge of 1.00 \u20ac daily per person<\/span>
\nSuper CDW:<\/span> The customer when purchasing the super CDW reduces the mandatory maximum deductible to the advertised rate<\/span><\/p>\n
